1. Processing Time
ForPrintable Art Packs (Digital Downloads):
Digital artwork will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout upon purchase.
ForFine Art Shipped Prints:
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently only shipFine Art Shipped Prints within North America (Canada and the US). Shipping isfree for all shipped orders.
a. Domestic Shipping (Within Canada and the US):
Standard Shipping: Free (Shipped within 1-7 business days after processing)
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on allFine Art Shipped Prints within North America (Canada and the US).
4. Order Tracking
Once yourFine Art Shipped Print order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Customs processing (if applicable)
Weather-related disruptions
Courier delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us at leah@leahstraatsma.com with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within North America:
Customers in the US may be required to pay additional customs fees or duties on certain purchases. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders cannot be marked as "gifts" to avoid customs fees or duties.
Leah Straatsma is not responsible for delays caused by customs if applicable.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
a. Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at leah@leahstraatsma.com. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
b. Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, your local post office, or courier service.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at leah@leahstraatsma.com. As a last resort, you may consider contacting your local police department to file a report for stolen mail.
